Delete your Can Crusade account

In the app: open Profile, scroll to the bottom and tap Delete my account, then Yes, delete everything.

Without the app: email privacy@playcancrusade.com from the address you sign in with, with "Delete my account" in the subject. We will delete your account within one month and reply to confirm.

What is deleted

Your sign-in, username, XP, claims, patrols, Codex, wishlist, pins, map trail, your map's starting point, your hold on any shops, friends, salutes, house membership, drink suggestions, reports you made, alerts and notification settings. This cannot be undone.

If you lead a house, deleting your account closes the house for everyone. Hand it over to another member first if you want it to carry on.

What is kept

• Drinks you suggested that we approved stay in the Codex, with nothing linking them to you.
• The shared map keeps which drinks were seen at which shop, with nothing linking it to you.
• Alerts other players already received (for example "your shop was taken") still show the name you used.
• If someone reported your username, we keep the report with the name that was reported, but not your account.
• Sign-in records stay with our hosting provider for up to 90 days, and backups for up to 30 days.
